Summit House

Washington’s highest elevation restaurant, sitting at 6,872”, accessed by the Mt. Rainier Gondola or a hike. Indoor and patio seating with a spectacular view of Mount Rainier.

Fireside Cantina

Within the Resort complex has outdoor seating, flame fire pits and a pick-up window for grab and go meals and features “Yucatan-inspired citrus-forward specialties’.

Fish Shack

Outdoor dining and quick-serve seafood menu of Fish & Chips and Clam Chowder from Seattle-based Trident Seafoods with Alaskan Brewing beers, hard seltzer and cocktails.

Quicksilver Coffee

Walk-up coffee shop at the base serving Starbucks espresso from a rebuilt and repurposed gondola cabin.

Tower 16

Located under the top station of the Mr. Rainier Gondola, Tower 16 is a multi-use space with retail items, snacks and house wine, beer and canned drinks to-go.

Grubstake Grilled Cheese

Cheese lovers rejoice! You will have a hard time choosing between a Tuna Melt, the Caprese, or the Classic featuring Beechers Flagship, Tillamook & Twin Sisters White Cheddar. Complete the experience with a side of tomato soup.

Alpine Inn Restaurant

Delicious and wide variety menu including handmade soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pastas along with other dinner specials, desserts, specialty cocktails and a full wine list. Indoor and outdoor dining is available. Breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week, seasonally.

Snorting Elk Cellar & Deli

World famous Apres ski bar is not to be missed! Offers both indoor and outdoor seating for guests 21+ and provides the same menu as the Alpine Inn Restaurant.

Campbell Basin Lodge

This marquee mid-mountain lodge sits in a stunning location and serves up a spectacular menu. Located at the top of the Forest Queen Express chairlift, the mountain-to-sound cuisine features ramen bowls, rice bowls, Greek gyros and an Asian salmon sandwich. Open during Winter Ski Season.

Rafters Smokehouse

Featuring an in-house smoker and regionally sourced meats, all flavors of slow-smoked American BBQ are on the menu including Texas-style brisket, Carolina-recipe pulled pork, and Alabama smoked chicken. Paired with the mouthwatering sides of slaw, beans, greens or smokehouse seasoned fries. Open during Winter Ski Season.

Cascade Bar & Grill
