Winter 2025-2026 Rental Rates
Winter reservations begin November 1st at 9am both online and by phone. All stays are listed at the 2 night minimum rate, unless otherwise specified. Holidays and New Years require a 3 might minimum stay. If available, we may be able to accommodate a 1 night stay and an additional fee of $30 + taxes will be added to the nightly rate.

- Standard condos: Renovated 15+ years ago

**Rates listed are per night for 2 or more nights. Additional $30 room charge for a 1 night stay, if available.
Taxes and Fees
Rates above are per night and do not include taxes of 15%:
Sales Tax = 8.10%
Hotel Tax = 4.90%
Forest Service Fee = 2.00%
