Two Types of Condos

Our accommodations are individually owned condominiums that we rent on behalf of the owners when they are not using them.

Preferred condos are more recently updated and feature upgraded kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures. They may also feature condo-specific upgrades such as heated floors, custom lighting granite countertops and larger refrigerators. These unique additions make it difficult to generalize amenity descriptions.

Standard condos were renovated 12+ years ago with limited upgrades yet still maintain a hospitable environment without extensive remodeling. If you are looking for a cozy ski-in ski-out condo without added cost, these units are a perfect choice.

Because each unit is a secondary tiny home, each condo includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with dishes and glassware, standard pots ‘n pans, microwave,12 cup coffee maker and toaster. Refrigerator size will vary from under the counter, to a full size fridge. Each kitchen will also have a stove top plus either a standard oven or convection oven. In addition to the kitchen, there are two gas communal BBQ grills located in the court yard for general use. The living room space will include a couch and either a dining table, or a counter top dining area. All condos have only at least 1 bedroom and bathroom with either a stand up shower or shower/tub combo. Each unit has its own 50 gallon water heater. Some 2 bedroom condos have a full plus half bath.

Silver Skis bedrooms feature queen sized beds. We don’t offer king sized beds, nor do we offer hide-a-beds/pullouts. All guests must sleep in a bed. All condos are non-smoking and do not allow pets.
