All stays are listed at the 2 night minimum rate, unless otherwise specified. Holidays and New Years require a 3 might minimum stay. If available, we may be able to accommodate a 1 night stay and an additional fee of $30 + taxes will be added to the nightly rate.

All rates are listed for 2 nights or more. For a 1 night stay, please add $30 to the rates listed below.
Peak weekend rates are active July 3-6, August 21-26, August 30-Sept 2.

- Standard condos: Renovated 15+ years ago
Keep in mind the exact amenities, furniture, and bed layout vary in each condo as no two condos are the same.
**Rates listed are per night for 2 or more nights. Additional $30 room charge for a 1 night stay, if available.
Taxes
Rates above are per night and do not include taxes of 14.5%:
Sales Tax = 8.10%
Hotel Tax = 4.90%
Forest Service Tax = 1.5%
