Summer reservations start Feburary 1st of every year, both online and by phone.
All rates are listed for 2 nights or more. For a 1 night stay, please add $30 to the rates listed below.
Peak weekend rates are active on the following dates: June 24-28, July 3-5, July 16-19, July 23-26, August 7-9, August 20-23, September 4-7.

Winter 2025-2026 Rental Rates
New starting Winter ’26-’27: Reservations will open October 1st instead of November 1st! Call or book online beginning October 1st at 10am
Winter reservations begin October 1st at 10am both online and by phone. All stays are listed at the 2 night minimum rate, unless otherwise specified. Holidays and New Years require a 3 might minimum stay. If available, we may be able to accommodate a 1 night stay and an additional fee of $30 + taxes will be added to the nightly rate.

- Preferred condos: More recently renovated and will include upgraded amenities and fixtures.
- Standard condos: Renovated 15+ years ago
Keep in mind the exact amenities, furniture, and bed layout vary in each condo as no two condos are the same.
**Rates listed are per night for 2 or more nights. Additional $30 room charge for a 1 night stay, if available.
Taxes and Fees
Rates above are per night and do not include taxes of 15%:
Sales Tax = 8.10%
Hotel Tax = 4.90%
Forest Service Fee = 2.00%
